I purchased a new computer. When I tried to login to my identity protection, it kept telling me I would receive a code in my email account. Long story short, I never received a code. I called customer support and received multiple bs answers over several calls. I paid a king’s ransom for protection that is nonexistent. The worst part of this ordeal is no one can explain what happened to my financial data. I have zero trust with Eset. Don’t believe all the glowing reviews.
