The VPN service was unsatisfactory because:-Could not login to Evernotes to reactivate it on the Mac after logging out. Had to turn off ESET VPN. Had to spend an hour with an IT to find that the automatic settings had to be turned off. Also I can't sync the Evernotes with the VPN on. Can't login to Evernotes website.- Elaine, my wife, can't send email on her iPad with it on.- It was interfering with the Network settings on the Dell, on Win10, so that I couldn't get an internet connection. Can't use it on Dell- Had to turn off the VPN on my Mac to get an internet connection on my network. This was after I rebooted the modem. When I manually turned on the VPN after I was connected the network remained connected.- Kindle won't syc with VPN on.- This notice appears on the the Dell Security Homepage when the ESET VPN is on: ESET Push Notification Service server cannot be reached.This excessive use of my time for ESET VPN earned ESET a low score and an uninstall of ESET VPN.
