I have used ESET Internet Security since 7/18/2020 for Home usage. I renewed again on 7/16/25 and was told the name had changed to ESET HOME Security Essential but all the coverage and features were the same. When I click on my ESET icon I am asked to enable the anti-theft property… could not do because my email was not recognized. I do not understand because up until this renewal I could easily sign in and make any updates, my email has not changed.I then tried to log in with my email and create a password, but system did not recognize my email… On the phone with support for almost 50minutes and could not figure out a solution. Why was I not told that had to create a new account when I renewed?
