I am a long-time customer using ESET on a variety of machines. Each year in July, my subscription normally renews. This year was different, as I somehow ended up with the "Premium" edition. I don't think the subscription pricing was clear and seemed opaque to me. When I received a message listing the pricing, I quickly called ESET and complained. I had to cancel the subscription over the phone, however I was not able to renew my regular home subscription at the same time. The ESET representative said they would call me back, but never did. The next day I had to call again and then re-subscribe to the home edition.
