I was scammed and thieves had access to my PC. They took control at any time after their first access. I literally had to keep my eyes glued to my screen, as they'd strike at any moment. The only way I could stop them was to unplug my PC. Horrible. After ESET Home was installed, they're now blocked, and I'm sure other malware, etc. have been blocked, too. I'm beyond relieved that ESET was recommended to me.
