To start with, I have had ESET for several years and have zero problems with security. 5 stars for that. My issue now is that the rate has gone through the roof! And the devices covered tell me absolutely nothing about which ones they are. Eset says I have nine devices covered but more than I am paying for. I tried calling support and got no help at all. The only two items I need to have covered are my PC and my cell phone. I have no working laptops or tablets. So who can tell me just exactly what I am paying for in layman's terms?
