Seems I paid

Seems I paid, in Mar 2025, for protection on a laptop that was wiped clean when I bought a new laptop in June 2024. This came to light when I got an email in May and June of 2025, to renew coverage. Customer service would not give me a pro-rated refund of the $91.61 I paid on 3/27/2025. Now I paid another $183.24 just last week for the new laptop. On 5/20/25, I spoke to Paul in Customer Service that said don’t pay the $183.24. Then he transferred me to Jay that said to pay the $183.24. I’m retired, on a fixed income and you guys took advantage of me. How can I get the $91.61 refunded?Thank you.24 hours you reply to contact Customer Service. Spoke to Julian just now in Customer Service. He says the payment I want refunded is more than 30 days old, so no refund is possible. I would not be in this mess if your emails refernced the specific computer eqpt in question. More of the same- screw the old folks.
