My email and Amazon account were hacked. Eset staff worked with me, literally ALL day, and they were able to remove a problematic file I had picked up unbeknowst to me. Staff was helpful, reassuring, and stuck it out until things were fixed and back to normal. And this is why I immediately remewed my subscription. This is a good and competent company with the necessary knowledge & skill. Recommed.
