I resubscribed with ESET another year because it is one of the best AV and internet protection services out there. They offer tech support with staff that understand needs and know their system. I have the ultimate package with VPN. Before renewal there was an incident with a trojan that got through. However, this did not stop me coming back. This was the only incursion versus the many years I have been with ESET. I am a little concerned about the priciness of the VPN feature but hope this can be moderated soon. I still am quick to recommend ESET to colleagues, family and friends.
