We upgraded/renewed our subscription and have had nothing but log-in issues since. EVERY time I open my browser I get 2 tabs - one for the browser and one for "ESET Password Manager: Log in." When we did the upgrade, the site would not accept our old credentials, so I created a new account as instructed. It still does not recognize me on MY device, and only my spouse can use the "new and improved" version with his [old] credentials on his device. We're allowed 5 devices, and we've only got 2 covered. Do we have to create "new" accounts for each device? This is far more trouble than it's worth.
