My subscriptions were not working even that I pay for two pc's and had to pay again for the other computer. now I have three active subscriptions, and all this happen when I had to replace my two computers that stop working and replaced with my new computers. the chat service did not help me at all. I just lost extra money for no good reason because you can figure from my account that I had three active subscriptions with different dates.
