I have had reset for over 18 years. I only had 1 time a virus got in and was cleaned within the first hour with no loss of data.I'm in my mid 70's and bought a new laptop but found it extremely confusing to upgrade and load your program. You need a senior app to help us old guys.. you forget in the 60's there were not computers in high school. You have done a great job on protection but need input fron some seniors on how to assist with installation on new systems in new or existing accounts.
