I was having an issue with Win 10 not working with ESET NOD, and ESET would not help me overcome the issue. They kept referring me to Microsoft. I feel they should have tried to solve my issue. I finally figured it out myself but where was ESET's help? No where in sight. Note, I am not sure of the exact date of the experience so I had to put one in to make the survey work.
