I think the ESET software is excellent. I have used it for several years now. Yet one small thing kept me from the big 5 star:On 3/12/25 I renewed my subscription and received an Invoice. Two days later I got an email warning that my previous subscription was to expire soon. So,I went into the Chat box to ask why I received the email. I was given a phone number to call--really?As it turned out was probably an overlap of computer messages but the chat box was disappointing.4 is a good rating anyway.
