I am getting notices every day that I have not renewed when I know that I have renewed. The notices are saying that I am not protected and I have big red warning signs that I am not protected and that I must renew. I have! The payment went through. Did I buy an ESET for someone else or another computer? My husband purchased for 3 or 4 units and does not know how to get this computer on his purchase. That is why I went ahead and bought a sole coverage just for this computer and now it looks like I still am not covered? Why? Lorraine 303-522-7351
