If I could give this company a zero I would have. During the design portion I specifically asked how long would I be without a kitchen since I have a family it is information that’s needed. I was told once demo was complete (which they don’t do) it would take approximately 6 days total for install. One cabinet showed up broken and I was told that counter measuring would be pushed off two weeks until the new cabinet was delivered and installed. After fighting with them saying that was unacceptable the sent the counter measuring team after initial install. The sales team told me counters take 3-5 days after measuring for install. The counter team told me that was a lie. My measurements happened on October 9th they won’t be installed until the 23rd. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them to expedite the process. They told me they did and bumped up install to the 21st. Now I’m sitting here waiting for the install team after receiving three emails yesterday confirming install and taking the day off of work because install window is between 8am-5:30pm. I just got off with customer service apparently no body told the installers they switched the dates and they are still coming on the 23rd. The app they have you download is a joke and does nothing in the process of helping. When ever you do talk to customer service do yourself a favor and tell the first person to just give you to their boss because they will just keep putting you on hold getting nothing done. Some of the managers were helpful but and overall experience with this company is horrible. They have no communication with anyone and subcontract out everything so it’s just crazy. Also I forgot to mention the delivery team bringing in my replacement cabinet knocked a clock off the wall and completely scratched the entire wall with the cabinet. Par for the course with this company even when they’re fixing a problem they just create a new one
