When we first went to Wren and spoke to the planner, I expressed the amount we were looking to spend and she helped us stay close to our budget, however things like end pieces and the edge of the counter top were not discussed. My countertop is beautiful, but it has small chips around the sink, if the edging was explained to us we would have spent the extra money on a better edge. Then when our cabinets were installed, the installer damaged the doors and some of the shelves were damaged upon arrival. I sent pics in of the damage and the field install manager came out and wrote up a service order to repair doors and replace some chip shelves. One cabinet was damaged on the inside in 2 places so I was offered to be reimbursed for half the cost. They did repair all damage, but my reimbursement took 7 months and several emails. Overall I like my cabinets and everything was repaired according to my complaint.
