Upon ordering my wallet, I then noticed an alert from freestyle that the item I would be receiving would not necessarily be the item that I ordered. And Freestyle also offered to refund my money if not satisfied...this notice was sent way ahead of the arrival of my wallet. When my wallet it was not a large expandable wallet that I ordered. I wrote them back and included photos of my old Freestyle wallet I was wanting to replace..they responded we will talk about your request. I wrote them back again explaining that I did not want a refund, or to return the wallet that I had ordered from them...I was most interested if they could replace it fro m their inventory; or re-make my Freestyle surfer wallet for me...they responded back that perhaps I should go shop at ebay or another source...if I wanted to shop at ebay or amazon I would have already done so...I thought returning to the creators of my original wallet was a good idea...as it turned out, it was not.
