I would give negative stars if I could. Customer service is terrible. They don't care about their customers, just that they get their money. Don't bother asking for a refund when they take multiple payments at once causing you to be evicted because you can't pay full rent now. They claim a refund isn't possible. I sent an email a week ago and still haven't had a response.
