If I could give Zip a negative grade, I would. There is a fraudulent charge on my account. It has been reported to Zip but they are refusing to do any investigating into the matter. Instead they want to continue to charge me for an item that I did not purchase. And to make matters worse, there seems to be no information on this purchase other than the name of the retailer where this mysterious item was purchased. There is no date of purchase and no order number for the purchase. Heck they can't even tell me what was purchased, but they are more than pleased to keep charging me 123.00 every month. I am beyond frustrated!
