Absolute nightmare of a company and only have two repair companies they honor in all of LOS ANGELES!After taking 4 days off of work and having Appliance Doctor Specialist fail twice to show up still waiting for a repair person to show up tomorrow to fix a machine that has linen bedding stuck in itfor two weeks. Machine was salvaged years back so I have to argue and fight over the phone to get them to recognize the serial number and that I pay $ for a stupid warrantee that doesn't do any good. Have been waiting for a manager for over 10 days to call back since the 22 times I have called a manger is not reachable. About to take them to court to replace the machine with the Lemon Law which they skirt around saying some bullshit reason or other. Whirlpool is just AWFUL and so is Domestic and General. All their reviews are 1 star at the best. Be informed if you expect customer care.NO ONE cares when u call customer service and expect to be on hold for over an hour than rerouted to a brand new person that has no idea you called and were out back in the phone due. AND FORGET ABOUT EVER BEING ABLE TO REACH A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR>. THEY HAVE TOLD ME AFTER DAYS OF CALLING FOR ONE THAT ONE IS NOT AVAILIABLE>. WORTHLESS COMPANY DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE! BEST PART TO SHARE THEY ONLY HAVE RECORDS FOR A YEAR SO TOTALLY UTTERLY USELESS. I have had to have the machine service about every three months and it is incapable of doing a normal wash. Error codes appear every other time I run the machine. Have spent years hand draining the water and getting the complete runaround and no response from a manager or anyone in charge that cares about their customers
