I just wanted to cancel the continuous monthly charge. No matter how many times I repeated myself, the guy on the other end wouldn’t have it. Kept trying to persuade me to keep the coverage. As this went on, he became a bit insulting. So I kept repeating my request to cancel. Finally had to use some very unchristian words to get my point across. We will hang clothes on a clothesline before I buy another Amana product with such a poor warranty.
