Tech was supposed to be here at a certain time and day, never showed up or called, trying to get an answer is like swimming to the Pacific Ocean!!! Big hassle on the phone to reschedule my appointment!! Have to wait 4-6 days to even make another appointment!! Hopefully they come through! NOT HAPPY!!!!
