It was bad from the start...

It was bad from the start. When I first had an issue with a brand new dryer, I was told I had to get a plan because it wouldn't be covered under the manufacturer warranty. This was on a Saturday, and I had to call back to schedule a service call. On Monday, called back and was told I shouldn't need the plan. Pushed past that, I just called to cancel my plans (washer and dryer). The person on the phone would not listen to me and kept pushing his speech about how I need the plan and "are you sure you want to pay out of pocket for repairs?" He kept saying the same stuff over and over and kept asking the same question. I was losing my patience and I tried to stay calm. At one point, on the umteenth time he asked do I want to pay out of pocket, I said I've already answered him and I want to cancel, he replied "it's a simple question." It got to the point that I raised my voice and said "yes, I am sure I want to pay out the @$$ for repairs, please just cancel the plans." I was polite, at first, and just kept saying I want it cancelled. I told him I understood that he had to do his spiel, but I said no and I had asked him to just cancel it at least a dozen times. All the while he talked over me and was trying to bully or gaslight me into keeping the plan. I got the point that I flat out said I don't want to hear anything else except him saying my plans are canceled. He responded extremely snarky and sarcastic saying, "ok, great, they're canceled." Absolutely horrible customer service.
