My experience with D&G is always fine, but it's their choice in contractors that baffles me. So far Paul's Appliances & Big Kountry have been to my house for repairs with my fridge, washer & dryer. Paul's Appliances ripped up some of my flooring removing & replacing my refrigerator. Neither company has been able to fix the issue with my washer, so I guess I'll just have to wait until it dies. Yesterday a tech from Big Kountry came to replace a gasket in my dryer door. He asked the we not use it for at least two hours after he was done. Today, I open my dryer door to find a bunch of brown residue from the adhesive/glue he used. The tech knew he had to clean up after himself because he had asked me for a paper towel before he started. It now looks like there's feces smeared on my dryer door.
