Awful service. My fridge completely stopped cooling on July 17. I've been trying to get it fixed through Domestic & General since then without resolution. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day and blocked off my entire day to be there since not having a fridge for an extended period of time is more frustrating than missing a day of work. The repair company canceled in the middle of the day with the next availability in 2 weeks. They finally came out and failed to find a single thing wrong with the fridge. When it never actually started cooling again, I tried rescheduling...surprise, surprise it took another 3 weeks for them to come out. At that point I escalated to the BBB and finally got in touch with someone slightly helpful. They authorized me to get a direct repair (I pay someone, they reimburse me). The trouble is, I sent in the quote for approval and am still waiting on a response 6 days later. I've called twice a day, emailed twice a day, and am still stuck in the hellish limbo of knowing that I have coverage that will pay for the $1300 repair but not being able to use it. I'm 2 months into this ordeal and I'm completely OVER it.
