I have had a warranty for both of my homes through domestic and general for over 2 years. Everytime my washing machine breaks which is over 5 times in a year. They book me with a repair company that never shows up. Their employees have lied to me multiple times telling me my appointment will not be booked with that same company. (MIDDLE GA SALES & SERVICE at (478) 672 - 7585) This has been going on way too long. I will be paying out of pocket to have my washing machine repaired so I can actually schedule a reputable company to come out. My repairs for my washing machine have added up to be well over the $1,000 I paid for it. They will not replace it unless its non repairable.
