I strongly urge you not to do business with the company, and in fact rated a 2 star simply because the sales process was easy. Everything else was a living nightmare. As the customer you lose all agency and are subject to process, polices, and procedures that are corporate centered, not at all helpful or designed to actually help the customer. We experienced delays, inaccurate information, half-truths, and a general and complete disregard for our needs or inconvenience. We purchased a refrigerator warranty and now 60 days, we are still living without a refrigerator because of both D&G and Whirlpool’ incompetence. We would never, under any circumstance, do business with them, and suggest you protect yourself by doing the same.
