The process was smooth. I called to place a request the rep provided a date. The actual company called me within a day to confirm the appointment and offered me an earlier time. Tech came out assessed the issue, came back a week later and fixed my appliance. He explained what was happening and why. Respected my home without a second thought. I’d say so far so great!
