It’s a scam. Technician doesn’t show up. They refuse to cancel contract unless the service request is canceled and it seems that no one on earth can cancel the service request. They blame it on whirlpool , whirlpool blames it on the them and the cycle keeps repeating while they keep charging my credit card.
