Just got a runaround between the warranty company and the vendor, Elmo's Appliance Repair since July. Washer still not fixed. Have only had it for 16 months. Vendor came out in July. Very arrogant and condescending. Washer didn't work afterwards. Called warranty company. They kept assigning the same vendor who said he doesn't service my area even after coming out in July. He got nasty with me on the phone telling me I need to tell warranty company what vendor to assign. What? I'm the customer. Doesn't the warranty company have a list of current vendors? Very disheartening when people don't do their jobs correctly. I will probably cancel the warranty as it is not doing me any good to get my washer fixed.
