What a waste of money. They sent a technician out immediately. They ordered the part. Then they claimed the part was on back order and required me to call back in 10 days. Then they said call back in 20 days in order for them to get involved. Once I called back they canceled the policy and determined it wasn't worth repairing. It's amazing how they didn't cancel the policy until they received enough money to pay for the technician to come out. I found the part online for $50 and will have the repair company install it next week which the technician told me when he was here will take 15 minutes to install. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME with a warranty with this company!
