The repairman was courteous and was able to communicate very well. He answered all my question and very knowledgeable concerning the repairs on the washer machine. The only complaint I have is the receptionist gave the wrong address. The repairman called to let me know he will arrive at the house later that day. The receptionist gave the repairman an address of 236 Hermitage Ave in Mt Juliet. I gave the repairman the correct property address which is 236 Heritage Cir E LaVergne, TN 37086.
