They give you a date 2-3 weeks away and then not show up reschedule to go check your appliance without any parts then say they need to order parts another 5-10 days out this has already happen to us twice this is extremely scam. Just for elongate the $12 a month service but leave you without appliance for longer than normal time. July 14 my washer stopped worker they were to come out aug 5 no show they changed it without notice to the 6 then the 8th They showed up without any tools said they’ll order the parts it is aug 17 today still no parts or appointment scheduled
