Well I wasn’t able to be home for the service , my wife was The technician replaced the ice maker told my wife when it gets to temperature it will make ice , we’ll 48 hours later it was still not making ice ! I checked it pulled out the tray and found that the unit was never plugged in! After plugging it in myself it has been working fine .
