The company and the technician were all very professional. The technician, Demonte, was polite, however he left us instructions on what to do next (reset for 10 minutes then wait 48 hours) with no follow up on whether the ice maker resumed functioning. It is still not functioning after 72+ hours, and now the company cannot service us for almost two weeks. So we are not totally happy. I would think that after a failed repair they might consider us as priority in scheduling.
