I was emailed a package tracking link, but it never updated, it always said "in transit". At some point it was past the expected delivery date. I tried to contact Superdry, but there is no email address listed online. I called the Livermore store, but the call was never answered. I thought this package would never arrive, until one day I found it on my doorstep, with no warning.
