Superdry shipping continues to be a problem. There seems to be a shipping fee no matter how much you spend, which is a problem. Often, the threshold for free shipping is $35, or $50 on the high end. Superdry seems to not understand this. Regular shipping is $9. For paid shipping, my order eventually arrived about 8 days later, and during shipping, had 2 different UPS tracking numbers, both of which had different arrival dates. Why were there 2 tracking numbers, and why did they have 2 different delivery dates to the same address? It makes no sense. And for this, I paid $9. For this level of service/shipping, that should have been a free option. Paid shipping should have expedited the order so it would have been delivered in 3 or 5 days. Superdry shipping is terrible, and completely misunderstands how modern shipping works at other retailers.
