Overall purchasing experience was good, but the shipment took longer to arrive than we were initially told, and the lack of a UPS or other tracking number made it a bit frustrating. Also Superdry sizing is way off, as usual. My skinny, 5'7" 13 year old is definitely not a size large, yet that's the size that (barely) fits him.
