I placed my order for a Christmas present for our son on 12/6. I only just received my order on 12/23. Just in the nick of time for Christmas. My parcel sat in NJ for almost an entire week. Here is my feedback. We have been using Superdry for years. Your customer service used to be top notch. Now I find it very difficult to get a hold of someone. Whole responsive to an email I felt like no one particularly cared that this was a Christmas present and it wasn’t moving from NJ. I received an email last week telling me that my parcel was to be delivered and it wasn’t even in the state where I was and where the parcel was to be delivered. While I understand that once a parcel leaves your facility you no longer have control of it, you do have the ability to say ok let us see what we can do to correct this unfortunate event. Remember it’s your customers that make and break your business.
