I order my coat but realized I made a mistake with the order. According to the confirmation I could cancel the order. I was unable reach anyone by telephone after minutes of figuring out the mistake. By the time I was able reach someone by email the shipping process had started. I received the two coats 2 days after estimated date. There are no local stores nearby and I can not travel hours to upstate or Manhattan due to disabilities. There should be a way to reach customer service by telephone if it states order can be cancelled. There should be other return options. Now I’m out over $200. Not happy!
