Product was ordered online on 11/26. I received an email that the item dispatched and the estimated latest delivery was 12/3. It's now 12/11 and the product still has not arrived. It has been more than 2 weeks since it was ordered and I'm very disappointed that I paid for shipping and am still waiting. I bought this jacket for a travel to a cold weather area on 12/12 and now I've had to purchase another jacket so I could have for my trip.
