Sizing is completely arbitrary - the same size (medium) fits very differently even across the same product type (for example - men’s shirts). What’s more it’s an expensive proposition to return items - I was shocked that any retailer would charge a fee for a return, especially not $6.95 for a shirt on sale for less than $40. Wow. Disappointing.
