Ordered 2 pairs of underwear on sale.Superdry canceled one pair a few days later saying they were out of stock and giving me NO options to substitute something else or cancel the order but instead charged me the same shipping price. So now the cost per pair increased because of shipping 3 instead of 6.To add insult to injury, Superdry continued to bombard me with email offers for the same underwear saying "don't miss out" but , of course, they did not have my size so I wasted more time.Suprdry really could do a better job on their web site and emails and make it easy for customers to talk to customer support to get issues like this quickly resolved.I purchase a lot from Levis, REI and Amazon and can quickly resolve these typres of issues but not with Superdry it seems.
