I’m really bummed because this was my first time purchasing from SuperDry and the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 items based on the sizing recommended on their site. When they arrived, they were way too small. I paid to return the items back (I’m in the US) and get a new size of both, but they were out of stock of one of the items so I was refunded. I tried to reach out to cancel the second item (it was just an add-on) and their site is basically just run by bots. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone or get this change taken care of. Not the type of customer service I expected.
