My order got lost and instead of someone reaching out to me I got an email saying my order was refunded. Reason: didn’t fit properly. When I emailed customer service to tell them the refund was not requested by me only then did the representative explain that it was due to my package being lost. First and probably last time I’ll order online. Just sucks we don’t have a store front out here in Hawaii
