Before I placed my order, I updated my account with new shipping & billing information, but once I proceed placing the order, the email order confirmation I received had ALL the shipping/billing information wrong. I've tried reaching out multiple times to cancel but no luck and after a full week I finally received a response from customer service, but it was not even helpful. After tracking my order for couple of days, I still never received my order.
