My order was returned by the transit company and automatically refunded, initially the refund amount was wrong. I still wanted the order, but now the prices had changed and they were out of stock on one item. I requested for them to resend the order, but they said they are unable to and I have to reorder and they will reimburse me once I receive the products. Not sure what happened to the returned item that was out of stock after my refund, in any case, I like their products but will no longer support this company, they closed up most of their stores so you can't try stuff on, but yet it's a hassle to deal with them online. Unfortunate.
