This is my second time trying to order. I never received confirmation that my order was shipped but when I look up the order number it says:The courier was unable to deliver your order and it is being returned to us. Please contact our Customer Service team for further support.It's been three weeks and I was never notified of any of this. This is the second failed order, the last time the delivery guy just marked it returned and it took me forever to get my shipping back. I've been given no reason and now it's on ME to contact customer service and now hunt down my refund again? Ridiculous. That was the last chance Superdry.
