So disappointed!! I was placed the order on Feb 10 and paid for shipping cost too, I thought I will get my package sooner before I go on business trip for a month. They shipped my package on Feb 13 and I checked on tracking no, I should get it on Feb 17 that was the same day that I leave but my flight was on night time so I keep checking on tracking no until I left home at 6:30pm, still didn’t get my package. On Feb 19, I arrived in Singapore, I had to email to customer service to ask what happened on my package until Feb 22 no one responsed back so I emailed to follow up again and finally I got response back and I just received my package but I’m not home so I have to ask someone to get the package for me and I can’t try on until I go back to US. If I need to return so it’s too late for free return already when I’m back. I’m so disappointed, usually my order got free shipping but this time they charged so I’m ok to pay because I thought I will get sooner before my long trip but it’s not, I was so mad because I want to bring that clothes with me on the trip too.
